Full comprehensive eye examination by a qualified ophthalmologist (eye doctor) that includes the following:
History Taking Visual Visual Acuity Test and Auto-refraction
Intraocular pressure measurement: Detects glaucoma
Slit Lamp Exam: Examines the anterior part of the eye for signs of dry eyes, cataract, contact lens related issues etc.
Retina and macula evaluation: Examines the posterior part of the eye to assess the condition of the macular, retina and optic nerve head etc.
Dilation: Allows for a more thorough check of your eyes, since more light can enter your eyes
Optical coherence Tomography (OCT): Can diagnose many eye conditions, such as glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration
Ishihara Colour Test: Tests for colour vision
Humphrey Visual Field (HVF): Measures central and peripheral vision. Detects eye diseases such as glaucoma
Biometry: Measures power of cornea and length of eye
